Aspire Home Sales Professional

We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Furniture and Bedding Sales Associate to join our team at Aspire Home in Kennebunk, ME. In this role, you'll work with a diverse range of customers, including homeowners, designers, architects, and smaller companies, providing expert guidance on our luxury furniture and bedding products.
Salary: Estimated $40,000-$60,000 per year, based on sales performance and commission structure
About the Role: As a Furniture and Bedding Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized recommendations to meet their goals. You'll also be involved in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and product offerings.
Requirements:
- Sales or customer success experience preferred
- High energy and personal engagement skills
- Ability to read floor plans is a plus
- Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
- Computer skills are a must
- Knowledge of a CRM system (customer relationship management)
- Ability to adhere to high personal performance standards, integrity, business ethics, and the desire for continuous improvement
