Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse/LVN to join our Health and Wellness team as a Wellness Care Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service in our community, with a focus on resident safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with Juniper Communities' philosophy and policies, as well as applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Coordinate effective communication among Resident Associates, residents, and families.
  • Maintain liaison with residents and family members.
  • Assist in establishing rapport among Health and Wellness team members to facilitate teamwork.
  • Recruit and select competent Resident Associates.
  • Supervise and evaluate Health and Wellness team members, including training, counseling, and motivating.

Requirements

  • Licensed LVN with knowledge of applicable governmental regulations.
  • Knowledge of older adult physiology and psychology.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Juniper Communities offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
