About the Role

We're seeking an experienced software engineer with a strong background in Python, Pandas, and ML packages. As a senior engineer on our team, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Design and Implementation: Collaborate with team members to design and implement software solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Technical Expertise: Share your technical expertise and contribute to a culture of learning and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Project Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of software development processes and practices.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that impact what millions of people read, watch, and buy. Our tech stack includes Python, Pandas, FastAPI, AWS, Postgres, Snowflake, Redshift, Kinesis, Docker, and more.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 4+ Years of Experience: A proven track record of software development experience in Python with Pandas and ML packages.
  • Strong SQL Skills: Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Hands-on Approach: A hands-on approach to solving complex problems and building impactful solutions.
  • Learning Agility: A proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply that learning effectively.

We offer a competitive salary range of $135,000 - $155,000 in Colorado, $150,000 - $170,000 in Massachusetts and New York, and $150,000 - $170,000 in California, plus an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).
