About Our Client

We are a leading real estate development and design firm with over 15 years of experience in delivering high-value residential construction projects.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with the principal, superintendent, and project manager to develop a budget and schedule for projects ranging from $15M - $60M.
  • Oversee the construction process from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and reporting directly to the firm's principles.
  • Create a budget based on presented plans, integrating value engineering opportunities where feasible.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for project stakeholders, including owners' representatives, architects, interior designers, subcontractors, lighting experts, and engineers.
  • Oversee the project schedule to maintain its alignment with timelines, promptly communicating any identified schedule concerns to owners and Principals.

Your Background

  • A degree in Architecture, Design, or similar field is ideal.
  • 5-10 Years of experience in high-quality residential construction, preferably with projects valued at $15M - $20M+
  • Detail-oriented and skilled in using Project Procore, Bluebeam, & Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Hyrbrid work arrangement: Big Sky, MT or Bozeman, MT, with occasional onsite visits.
  • Target Compensation $110K - $125K per annum, plus discretionary annual bonus and quarterly bonuses.
