Site Reliability Engineering Lead

- Standards of Performance: Conduct comprehensive assessments offering tangible pathways for team growth and improvement.
- Resource Optimization: Guide the utilization of human and technological assets to drive team performance and project success.
- Diplomatic Link: Harmonize SRE team goals with other organizational units, facilitating collaboration for mutual success.
- Incident Response: Direct the SRE team's response to high-severity incidents, minimizing business impact.
- Innovation Catalyst: Drive perpetual innovation and refinement within the SRE department.
- Excellence Environment: Cultivate an environment propelling the development of Junior, Titled, and Senior SREs.
