We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Manager-In-Training. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our company, developing the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a leadership position.
Responsibilities- Assist in training and quality control, ensuring that staff are equipped to provide exceptional service and meet quality standards.
- Develop and maintain records of income and expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and management, ensuring that directives are clearly understood and implemented.
- Utilize protective gear and follow safety protocols to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to resident and client needs in a timely and professional manner.
- A high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic computer skills and ability to maintain records and complete reports.
- Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to work around food and cleaning products.
- Must live in the service area.
