About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to join our Product team, someone who will play a pivotal role in shaping new consumption paradigms by owning TULU's consumer journey, driving funnel performance, and creating exceptional experiences for our users. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with engineers, designers, architects, marketers, and other professionals to leverage cutting-edge technologies and best practices.

  • Craft and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area, driving business growth and user satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed targets for member conversion, usage, and retention, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Identify growth opportunities, develop product initiatives, and foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
  • Lead qualitative and quantitative research to drive the best outcomes for both customers and the business.

About You

You are a visionary leader with a passion for creating innovative consumer experiences. You are driven by data, with a strong focus on KPIs and a love for experimentation. You have a proven track record of driving user growth and are committed to delivering exceptional results. You are a team player with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for building great consumer journeys.

You possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in consumer mobile product management, with a strong background in B2C product development.
  • Strong experimentation skills, including A/B testing, results analysis, and iterative development.
  • Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces.
  • Experience working independently with analytics tools, such as Mixpanel or Google Analytics.
  • Customer-obsession and a deep empathy for user needs.
  • Experience with subscription models is a plus.
  • A sense of urgency to achieve great things in life.
