Service Operations Manager for Cloud Solutions

TP Pump is seeking a highly skilled Service Operations Manager to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. As a key member of our Operations and Service team, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading daily operations to ensure business functions run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Assist with shipping/receiving duties, including reporting on metrics related to freight.
  • Responsible for monitoring inventory management, including warehousing, non-stock, inventory, orders, credits, rebates, etc., and reporting on monthly metrics.
  • Communicate with customers during service repair, providing updates on job progress, additional repairs, and follow-up on completed jobs.
  • Assist with scheduling service jobs.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop the Operations and Service teams to build capability.
  • Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and develop professional growth plans.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage operational budget and ensure cost-effective resource allocations.
  • Optimize resource allocation and manage expenses to drive profitability.
Requirements:
  • CSD or any Cloud Base Industrial Platform highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's in business or equivalent business experience.
  • ~3+ years managing service and operations with profit & loss responsibility.
  • ~5+ years experience working in distribution operations.
  • ~ driving pay for performance and efficiency mindset.
  • ~ Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
