Senior ServiceNow Developer / Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer / Administrator to join our team at Luna Data Solutions, Inc. in Austin, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and configurations to meet business requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team on ServiceNow best practices and implementation methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles to support ServiceNow implementation and administration.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration and application implementation.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development lifecycle methodology, including software analysis, development, implementation, and documentation.
  • 2+ years of experience providing customer service in an IT environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, or management information systems.
  • ServiceNow Developer experience – minimum 8-10 years.
