The Fire Suppression Manager is responsible for overseeing the comprehensive management, operations, and financial outcomes of the Fire Suppression division. This role requires a subject matter expert to consistently meet objectives related to profitability, growth, and performance metrics for the designated Fire Suppression department(s).

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Fire Suppression department.
- Ensure financial performance aligns with company objectives.
- Lead and mentor team members to foster professional development.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the Fire Life Safety Industry, specifically in Fire Suppression.
- Proficiency in computer skills, with at least 7 years of experience.
- 5 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with business intelligence systems and software such as Sage 300 CRE.
Additional Requirements:
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Ability to comply with company policies regarding drug and alcohol use.
Physical Requirements:
Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, and be comfortable working in various environments, including outdoor settings and at heights.
