We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Patient Care Representative to join our team at Advanced Urology Associates. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our patients and healthcare team.
Responsibilities- Reception Duties: Greet patients, collect payments, initiate patient flow, and maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Call Center Responsibilities: Answer phone calls, convey messages, and assist with patient scheduling and rescheduling needs.
- Medical Record Responsibilities: Scan and index patient records, print appointment paperwork, and manage fax press.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak, read, and write English.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills, keyboarding skills, and ability to calculate basic math.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods, with frequent bending, squatting, and reaching.
