Job Title: Managing Director of Global PartnershipsAbout the Role

Save the Children is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Managing Director of Global Partnerships to lead our corporate partnerships and development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with top global corporate partners, driving revenue growth, and developing innovative partnerships to support our mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to grow corporate partnerships and revenue streams
  • Lead a team of professionals to manage and maintain existing partnerships, identify new opportunities, and develop proposals to secure funding
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior corporate executives, influencers, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnerships and programs
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform partnership strategies
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate partnerships, development, or a related field
  • Proven track record of securing 7-8-figure partnerships and revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically
