We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Clinician to join our interdisciplinary team at the Westchester Institute for Human Development (WIHD). As a key member of our Child Welfare Services team, you will play a vital role in providing trauma-informed clinical services, parent training, and support to families being reunified following foster care placement and preventive services to families at risk of foster care placement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver in-home, trauma-informed clinical services to families
  • Provide parent training and support to families being reunified
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the safety and well-being of children
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Social Work or a related field
  • English and Spanish fluency
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working with children and families impacted by trauma
  • Experience working with the child welfare/foster care system and provision of home-based services is strongly preferred
