Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager with multiple project duties, including submittals, RFI's, drawings, project documentation, client communication, production, and cost tracking.
  • Solicit and qualify subcontractor bids and project scopes, writing subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, and proposals for approval.
  • Develop and manage punch lists with the project team.
  • Coordinate with the Superintendent to ensure job site needs are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil or Construction Engineering, or a related field.
  • Ability to read and understand construction-specific project documents.
  • Experience with project scheduling software.
  • Knowledge of construction safety.
