Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team as a Data Analyst Intern. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including data analysis, business intelligence, and operations management. You will be responsible for providing clear and concise information to stakeholders, monitoring status, and supporting internal business areas in understanding their communication needs.

Responsibilities
  • Submit completed project request forms and communicate the plan to the team for execution.
  • Provide clear, concise, and complete information to stakeholders.
  • Monitor status and inform appropriate stakeholders of expected deadlines and workloads.
  • Support internal business areas in understanding their communication needs, providing recommendations based on communications best practices and an optimal customer experience.
  • Designing/altering/preparing materials for print, web, social media and events.
  • Verifying the accuracy of information, reconciling data and identifying inconsistencies.
  • Preparing draft presentation material.
  • Creating content or preparing informational material for internal or external clients.
  • Assisting in or resolving client issues of a standard nature.
  • Participating in training activities.
  • Demonstrating professional workplace behaviors, is punctual and presents an appropriate appearance. Respects company policies and demonstrates ethical conduct.
Requirements
  • Currently completing post-secondary studies in a specified field or a recent graduate with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.
  • Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized and attentive to detail.
  • Ability to take initiative in a team environment.
  • Collaborates with team members, mentors, and leaders within the organization.
  • Coachable with a highly motivated work ethic.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
