  • Help maintain lot appearance by cleaning driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Assist in maintaining shop cleanliness, including windows, doors, floors, and other areas, to maintain a high level of professionalism and organization.
  • Transport customers to and from their home when needed and requested, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Ensure that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Follow all safety and security procedures, prioritizing the safety and well-being of customers and team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing needs and priorities.
Requirements
  • No experience necessary; we are willing to train.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Unrestricted California driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles.
  • Able to safely operate motor vehicles in tight and small spaces.
  • Highly professional and dependable, with excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Basic computer and internet skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Previous experience in a similar role a plus, but not required.
