Club Receptionist

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members, guests, and staff at Royal Oaks Country Club Houston Inc.

• Manage the daily operations of the Front Desk, including greeting members, guests, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
• Operate the front desk switchboard, answering and routing calls efficiently, promptly, and courteously.
• Record all reservation changes and notify the room captain as soon as possible.
• Assist in open communication among departments through radios and ensure that phones are never left unattended.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or General Manager.

• Able to interact well with coworkers, effectively communicate in a professional manner, and treat others with kindness and respect.
• Pleasant phone voice, ability to manage several things at once, and good organizational skills.
• Must be able to manage cash and appear for work on time.

Physical Demands

• Occasional standing, walking, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and/or sitting up to eight hours per day.
• Use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, and/or controls.
• Reach with hands and arms.
• Hearing and talking sufficiently to communicate with members, guests, and staff.
• Must be able to push, pull, or lift weights up to 30 lbs.

Salary

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
