Digital Experience Strategist

Northwell Health is seeking a highly skilled Digital Experience Strategist to join our Digital Innovation & Transformation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing the voice and vision for our strategic outputs, bridging content creation and design to build clear and compelling narratives that drive organizational change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic advice and guidance on human-centered design methodologies and experiences for problem-solving and translate human needs into tangible experiences, solutions, and products.
- Collaborate with leaders, customers, and stakeholders to combine design, subject matter expertise, and business strategy to create compelling and engaging visions and narratives for the future.
- Drive business growth and excellence as an individual contributor, project leader, or working within project teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 10+ years of relevant experience and 2+ years of leadership/management experience, required.
- Highly preferred: Design-related master's degree, 8 years of relevant experience demonstrating proficiency across a range of human-centered design methodologies, and competency with Figma.
Salary Range: $112,800-$197,200/year
