Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient care and operational efficiency
  • Lead a team of professionals in the Perioperative Services and Procedural Areas
  • Collaborate with medical staff, hospital administrators, and other stakeholders to achieve organizational goals
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies
  • Develop and manage budgets, including capital expenses and operational costs
Requirements
  • Master's degree in nursing, health administration, or business administration
  • Seven years of OR experience with progressive OR management experience
  • Three to five years of Director experience preferred
  • Currently licensed as a registered nurse in the state of Georgia (or eligible)
  • Strong communication and organizational/planning skills with demonstrated leadership abilities
