Compensation: $30-35/hour

Position Overview
The role involves ensuring the operational efficiency of equipment through adherence to the Preventive Maintenance schedule. Responsibilities include diagnosing and rectifying mechanical issues, as well as executing both emergency and planned repairs on facilities, production apparatus, and machinery to minimize operational interruptions.
Key Responsibilities
- Essential skills include:
- Electrical systems
- Hydraulic systems
- Pneumatic systems
- Familiarity with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) is essential.
- Conduct emergency and reactive repairs on production machinery while reducing downtime.
- Perform inspections on completed maintenance tasks and document findings.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other necessary equipment.
- Interpret and follow Quality Work Instructions (QWI) and other relevant guidelines for proper assembly of products.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues, replacing or repairing components related to mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Basic proficiency in computer operations.
- Strong mechanical and technical skills.
- Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
