Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Coordinator/Central Supply Clerk to join our team at Crestwood Behavioral Health. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth transportation of individuals to appointments and activities, while also managing the central supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe and reliable transportation services to individuals, including medical appointments and recreational activities.
  • Manage the central supply chain, including inventory management, ordering, and distribution.
  • Collaborate with facility staff to ensure seamless transportation and supply chain operations.
  • Monitor and communicate with individuals to ensure their needs are met.
  • Assist in crisis intervention and provide support to individuals as needed.

Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older and a valid CA driver's license.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Preferred one year experience as a driver for a long-term care facility.
