Milestone Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Associate L2 to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for receiving, tracking, and storing technical equipment shipped into our Data Centers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory levels and discrepancies
  • Collaborate with hardware vendors and Asset Supply Management/engineering teams
  • Maintain required levels of personal protective equipment (PPE), components, and emergency spares inventory
  • Provide regular updates on gaps, issues, and trends related to asset management
  • Perform audits of storage rooms to ensure accurate inventory and reporting
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, IT, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a related IT or Procurement coordinator role
  • At least three years of experience tracking and storing inventory in a Data Center environment
  • Experience with IT Asset Control
  • Participation in audit activities
  • Experience using an ITSM tool, with ServiceNow preferred
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
