Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Project Coordinator to join our team at DriveTime. As a Technical Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining original contracts, titles, and title applications for all of DriveTime and Carvana.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying and servicing titles, distributing documents to correct departments, and returning documents to customers or outside vendors upon loan completion. Additionally, they will work closely with internal departments to meet their document processing needs, manage document flow, review and update account information, and maintain on-site and off-site storage.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, be agile in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable working on site from 7am-4pm weekdays. You should also be proficient in multiple databases and familiar with state and county guidelines and policies about title inquiries.
