We are seeking a skilled Telehealth Nurse Practitioner to join our team for a travel assignment in Scottsburg, IN.

As a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner with Travel Nurse Across America, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care while working in a variety of healthcare settings across the country.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per year, based on national averages and industry standards. However, actual salaries may vary depending on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.

About the Role

This telehealth nurse practitioner role requires 1-2 years of recent acute care experience. You will be responsible for providing care to patients using advanced monitoring equipment, interpreting data, and adjusting treatment plans as needed.

Your duties will include:

  • Providing basic bedside care
  • Monitoring and adjusting specialized equipment used on patients, and interpreting electronic displays
  • Identifying irregular telemetry readings and notifying medical team members
  • Initiating corrective action when necessary

You should be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, bend, lean, and stoop without difficulty, and easily lift 20 pounds. Moving or lifting patients may require lifting up to 50 pounds at times.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A valid ACLS, BLS, and PALS certification
  • 1 year of recent acute care experience
