We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Hampton Oaks Health Campus. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional long-term care to our residents.
About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse at Hampton Oaks Health Campus, you will be responsible for creating personalized care plans, advocating for residents, and ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout their stay. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and services that meet the unique needs of each resident.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents.
- Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing various medical procedures.
- Conduct thorough assessments of residents' conditions and make recommendations for their care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- A valid RN license and current CPR certification.
- Experience working in long-term care or a related setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
