Loss Prevention Specialist

Job OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Loss Prevention Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring store entrances and exits, identifying potential security threats, and working closely with our leadership team to develop strategies to prevent loss.
Responsibilities- Maintain a visible presence at store entrances and exits, ensuring a safe and secure environment for customers and associates.
- Monitor sales floor activity, identifying potential security threats and taking action to prevent loss.
- Work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and efficient communication.
- High school education or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- One year retail supervisor experience or similar training preferred.
- Active Security Guard License preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with the store team.
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, based on location and experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
