Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage consulting projects in the Water/Wastewater/Stormwater sector
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue
- Provide expertise-based advisory services to clients, including rate case management and support, costing and ratemaking, innovative pricing solutions, infrastructure-based business cases, operational effectiveness reviews, stormwater utility development, alternative funding analyses, cost/benefit analysis, and expert testimony support
- Collaborate with internal teams, including asset management, strategy and planning, sustainability, transportation electrification, customer experience, and technology practices, to develop and deliver multi-functional business solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue
- Manage and lead project teams, including project managers, consultants, and other support staff
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
- 7+ years experience in a business/consulting environment
- Advanced degree in Business or Economics (preferred)
- Two or more years of project management experience
- Knowledge of a complete engagement lifecycle
- Advanced technical or industry knowledge
- Knowledge base in two or more solution areas
- Advanced knowledge in one or more aspects of consulting processes
- Human relations skills, including collaboration and team functions
- Ability to understand team functions and lead operations in an engagement environment
- Ability to meet deadlines and be flexible to multiple demands of project teams and shifting priorities
- Skilled at interfacing with personnel at all levels from staff to executive management
