Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as feeding, ambulation, and toileting

- Document patient care and progress accurately and timely
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
- 6 months of patient care experience in hospice, home health, ICU, geriatric, or oncology
- Current drivers license and automobile insurance
- CPR certification
