Role Overview:
This position entails professional sales responsibilities within retail banking, focusing on attracting new clients and retaining existing ones.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage proactively with customers to meet their financial needs through direct sales and referrals while providing outstanding service. The role involves conducting customer interactions in person, via phone, or through video conferencing, as well as at various external events, employing a sales approach centered on ethical, needs-based solutions. Responsibilities include:
- Identifying customer needs and referring them to specialized partners for mortgage and retirement solutions.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in needs-based sales.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles is essential.

- Must meet background and credit standards for NMLS credentials.
