Gold's Gym is a leading international fitness brand that prioritizes cleanliness and sanitation. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Associate.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain the gym floor, equipment, and locker rooms to ensure a clean and safe environment for members.
  • Perform light cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting, to maintain the gym's cleanliness and organization.
  • Empty trash receptacles daily and maintain the gym's waste management system.
  • Clean and maintain fitness equipment, bathrooms, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
  • Dust and clean furniture and fixtures daily.
  • Clean the management offices weekly and maintain the lobby floors.
  • Clean the locker room, including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, dusting, and cleaning out lint.
  • Maintain and organize mops, brooms, vacuum cleaners, and other equipment/supplies in designated storage areas.
  • Pick up debris on carpet and vacuum carpet.
  • Replace or add required supplies in locker rooms and restrooms.
  • Report maintenance problems in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Perform monthly and weekly deep cleanings as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • At least three months of experience in housekeeping or janitorial services and three months of customer service experience desired.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously as part of a team.
