Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and underwrite a Middle Market portfolio, ensuring optimal risk assessment and management.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to brokers and agents, providing tailored solutions.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in P&C Middle Market underwriting within a broker-facing capacity.

Work Arrangement:

This position offers flexibility with hybrid or remote work options. Candidates residing in proximity to our office locations may be expected to work on-site part of the week, while those in remote locations will have a remote work arrangement with occasional office visits as needed.

Compensation:

The annualized base salary range for this role is competitive and reflects our commitment to recognizing talent and performance. Additional compensation may include bonuses and other incentives, ensuring a comprehensive rewards package.
