Geomatics Director

We are seeking a seasoned Geomatics professional to lead our Southeast Region team as Regional Geomatics Director.

This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise and drive business growth in the Southeast Region. As Regional Geomatics Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that support VHB's strategic plan and regional business planning/strategic pursuits.

• Develop and implement service line strategies and initiatives that align with VHB's market requirements.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to identify new services or skills that can enhance our offerings.
• Create growth plans by identifying market opportunities and strategies, including key hires and business development initiatives.
• Promote awareness of available technologies within the Geomatics team and deploy leading-edge work processes, technologies, and applications to execute projects more effectively.
• Work with leadership groups to develop and implement consistent work processes and standards.
• Manage a team of Geomatics professionals, overseeing hiring, training, performance evaluation, and employee development.

• 10+ years of experience managing Geomatics projects, including 5+ years of client/staff/project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Survey Engineering, Geomatics, Geographic Information Systems, Engineering, or related field required.
• Professional Land Surveyor license preferred.
