Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair industrial equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to identify potential issues and prevent downtime.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating moving parts, replacing worn-out components, and cleaning equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions using technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Order and install replacement parts as needed to maintain equipment functionality.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure seamless equipment operation and minimize downtime.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or heavy equipment repair.
  • Advanced knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanics.
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems and computerized maintenance management systems.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced technical or college training preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with food processing equipment.
  • Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
