The Role:

We are seeking motivated team members who excel in a dynamic environment. As a Sales Associate, you will focus on expanding our market presence among Real Estate Agents, Property Managers, Homeowners Associations, and Inspection Partners within a designated area. Your role will be pivotal in driving revenue growth by nurturing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be committed to pursuing long-term growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct face-to-face presentations, meetings, and conference calls to generate revenue and identify partner needs.
  • Engage with C-suite executives and decision-makers to foster business relationships.
  • Analyze market trends and customer requirements to build a robust sales pipeline aligned with targets.
  • Prioritize and manage a list of target prospects effectively.
  • Oversee both existing sales opportunities and the development of new business prospects.
  • Lead the creation of proposals and presentations to cultivate business partnerships.
  • Participate in internal sales meetings and provide updates on activities.
  • Collaborate with product management and marketing to ensure alignment with customer needs.
  • Research potential clients and organizations to identify new opportunities.
  • Establish rapport with potential clients and arrange introductory meetings.
  • Plan and implement new sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Identify and attend relevant local events, conferences, and industry gatherings.
  • Maintain CRM systems to track sales metrics and manage leads effectively.
  • Be available for evening and weekend networking events and trade shows as needed.
  • Willingness to travel overnight to support clients and team members, with an approximate maximum of 50% travel required.
Qualifications:
  • 3 to 5 years of sales experience in real estate or a related field.
  • High-energy, proactive sales approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Proven track record of success in a sales environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data-driven sales processes.
  • Strong urgency and commitment to exceed goals.
  • Demonstrated confidence, curiosity, creativity, and adaptability.
  • General knowledge or interest in real estate.
