Position Overview:
This role involves delivering therapeutic interventions to youth by evaluating their needs and developing tailored, multidisciplinary treatment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to understand the unique needs of each client.
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
- Provide ongoing therapy sessions to support emotional and psychological well-being.
- Engage with families to foster a supportive environment for the clients.
Compensation:
The starting salary for this position is $50,500 annually, with adjustments based on relevant qualifications and experience.

Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, rehabilitation, special education, or a related field is required.
- At least two years of experience working directly with children and families, preferably with those who have experienced trauma or emotional disturbances.
Work Schedule:
Applicants must be available for a two-week orientation program, typically scheduled Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Additional Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is necessary.
- Physical demands include walking, sitting, standing, and some lifting.
- Successful completion of pre-employment medical screenings is required.
Devereux maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding abuse and is committed to fostering a culture of safety and reporting.
