Job Overview

As a Training Coordinator at BrightSpring Health Services, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our field staff. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct comprehensive training sessions and ongoing educational programs tailored to the needs of our employees.



Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate training sessions for field personnel and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
  • Conduct skills assessments and competency evaluations for staff at designated service locations.
  • Provide continuous training support related to essential skills.
  • Organize training schedules based on identified needs.
  • Notify employees well in advance of any training expiration dates to maintain current training records.
  • Manage supplies and resources for all scheduled training sessions.
  • Keep accurate records of training activities and monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives.
  • Create a positive learning environment that encourages employee engagement and comfort.
  • Support training efforts across multiple branch locations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a healthcare setting or community home health.
  • Preferred experience in training or mentoring fellow CNAs.
  • Strong knowledge of caregiving responsibilities.
  • Ability to travel using a company-provided vehicle; a good driving record is essential.
  • Willingness to use a personal vehicle occasionally for travel between branches.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
