Job Summary

The Integration Analyst will work under the general direction of the Technology Director and Application Support Manager to perform assignments related to data integration and business intelligence. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in automation, business-related technologies, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Extract and organize data from Susser Bank software for various departments.
  • Work with systems to identify and develop integration functionality.
  • Collaborate with the Application Support team, business stakeholders, and IT team members.
  • Generate reports for audit, application, and daily operations.
  • Maintain existing report creation jobs and processes.
  • Design, develop, and implement system integrations based on business unit needs.
  • Document and maintain processes for report production and integration.
  • Provide technical support for bank employees on reporting and integration processes.
Requirements
  • High school or equivalent degree required.
  • Associate degree preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in data analytics preferred.
  • Minimum of three years with integration experience preferred.
  • Banking experience preferred.
Preferred Skills
  • Jack Henry Banking systems.
  • Salesforce.
  • Understanding of RESTful and SOAP APIs.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, R, Python, or Java.
  • Data visualization skills using tools like Cognos, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of integration platforms such as MuleSoft.
  • Experience with message brokers like Kafka or similar.
