Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate & Delivery Driver to support both warehouse operations and delivery tasks. This hybrid role involves efficiently handling products in the warehouse, ensuring accurate picking and packing, preparing shipments, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-service oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Safety and Compliance: Maintain a clean driving record, abide by transportation laws, and follow all safety guidelines during warehouse and driving duties.

Quality Control: Inspect items for damage, defects, or discrepancies before storage or shipping, and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, answering any customer questions and ensuring a positive experience.

Assistance with Loading/Unloading: Assist with loading and unloading items from Sprinter Vans and ensure products are handled with care.

Loading and Transporting: Safely load, transport, and deliver items to clients or businesses using company vehicles, including Sprinter Vans and Box Trucks.

Route Management: Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to traffic and transportation laws.

Equipment Operation: Safely operate equipment such as vans, forklifts, pallet jacks, or other machinery as needed for deliveries and warehouse tasks.

Order Picking and Packing: Select and pack items according to customer orders with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Inventory: Assist with regular stock counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records. Organize, store, and label products correctly in the warehouse.

Working Conditions: Work is typically divided between the warehouse and on the road for deliveries, with exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and noise. This role may require occasional weekend work.

Requirements: MUST HAVE 1 year previous Sprinter or Box Truck Driving Experience. * 25 years of age or older required. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Valid driver's license. * MUST HAVE clean driving record. * Ability to pass background check and drug screening. * Experience may be required or preferred. * Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws. * Strong time management and customer service skills. * Ability to walk, drive, lift, and carry heavy items for extended periods. * Must be able to lift 65+ pounds * Attention to detail.
