Customer Solutions Advocate

We are seeking a Customer Solutions Advocate to join our team at D2B Groups. As a Sales and Service Expert, you will be responsible for generating sales to customers for parts, assemblies, truck rebuilds, used parts, and vision plus. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
Main Duties- Generate sales to customers for parts, assemblies, truck rebuilds, used parts, and vision plus.
- Act as a liaison between D2B Groups and the customer, helping to resolve any problems they may have.
- Quote service in the field and work with all customer relations.
- Maintain the rolling warehouse stocked with parts and rotating parts with turning inventory.
- Manage and report to customers on their comprehensive preventative maintenance plan.
- Provide a detailed call report to the Service Manager weekly to discuss customer concerns and demands in the field.
- Communicate twice daily with direct parts representatives, passing on information or parts orders.
- Make recommendations and suggestions for merchandising programs and the benefits of preventative or full maintenance agreements.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the parts and service industry.
- Experience in an equipment or machinery environment is a plus.
- Understanding of parts environment and stocking levels.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Goal-oriented mindset and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health care, retirement plan, life insurance, and paid time off.
