Full-time Salary: $58,000-$62,000.

Position Overview:
Collaborate with the Integrated Team to provide support and resources for program participants, facilitating their journey towards personalized mental health recovery objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the coordination and documentation of Intake, Assessment, and Treatment Plans, utilizing tools such as the Self-Sufficiency Matrix to inform decisions regarding substance use.
  • Conduct assessments with participants to evaluate substance use and addiction risks, and develop tailored substance abuse formulations to enhance their Treatment Plans.
  • Advise on suitable interventions, which may include brief interventions by Substance Abuse Counselors or Recovery Coaches, and facilitate referrals to additional treatment or self-help resources. Educate staff on substance abuse phenomena and neurobiology, while providing training and supervision to team members based on identified needs.
  • Collaborate with the team to execute Risk Management and Quality Improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing community stability and improving clinical outcomes.
  • Maintain a caseload of up to 15 participants, providing individual, family, and group therapy related to substance use, and ensuring accurate documentation in electronic medical records.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinical Team Leader or designated supervisor.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field such as clinical psychology, counseling, medicine, psychology, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitative counseling, or social work.
  • Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor (LADC I or II).
  • At least one year of supervised experience in substance abuse counseling.
  • Preferred experience working with individuals in mental health recovery.
  • Proficient in computer use.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a vehicle.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary Range: $55,000 - $61,000, based on qualifications and experience.
