We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Optimization and Development Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs aimed at building organizational capabilities.

About the Role:

The Performance Optimization and Development Manager will lead the training committee, organize and execute training initiatives to drive upskilling and reskilling efforts, and support the organization's transformation goals. Additionally, this position will focus on enhancing organizational capabilities through managing performance to ensure continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Program Development:
  • Design and develop training programs that align with the organization's strategic goals, utilizing various training methods, including e-learning, on-the-job training, and classroom instruction.
  • Identify training needs through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with managers and experts.
  • Implementation and Delivery:
  • Organize and implement training sessions, workshops, and seminars, ensuring effective operation of the performance management system.
  • Upskilling and Reskilling:
  • Develop initiatives to upskill and reskill employees to meet evolving business needs, collaborating with leadership to align capability-building initiatives with business objectives.
  • Organizational Capabilities Enhancement:
  • Identify and implement strategies to enhance organizational capabilities, providing guidance and support to managers and employees on performance improvement plans.
  • Performance Management:
  • Develop and manage performance management processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals, preparing and presenting reports on training activities and outcomes to senior management.
  • Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) to ensure they meet organizational needs, providing guidance and updates for user manuals, and collaborate with the LMS and Academy teams to track registrations and attendance within the Learning Management System.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles, excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Estimated Salary: $115,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Delta offers a competitive compensation package, opportunities for growth and development, and a dynamic work environment.
