About the Role

This is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a variety of customers, including individuals and families. You will be responsible for creating meaningful connections with every customer, using a consultative sales approach to guide them through their options.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional sales and customer service to customers
  • Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options
  • Meet sales targets and earn commission
  • Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends
  • Participate in events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, plus uncapped commission opportunities. Our Retail Sales Consultants earn between $12.92 - $14.65+ up to $13,700+ in commissions if all sales goals are met. With our amazing wage opportunities, our average starting earnings per week begin at $517.
