Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and enroll patients in our pharmacy programs
  • Facilitate prescription collection and dispensing

  • Assist patients with medication questions and concerns
  • Support prior authorizations and patient assistance programs
  • Monitor patient compliance and refill needs
  • Deliver medications as needed
Primary Pharmacy Site Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and clinic staff
  • Fills prescription orders and verifies medication stock
  • Orders and receives pharmacy supplies
  • Processes wholesaler medication orders
  • Verifies medication stock and maintains inventory records
  • Works with the pharmacist to ensure compliance with federal and state requirements
Requirements:
  • National Pharmacy Technician Certification
  • Pharmacy Technician License in the state of Ohio
  • Valid Driver's License and Insurance
  • Access to reliable transportation
