About the Job

Renu, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for providing on-site coordination for all phases of renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate subcontractors, material, and equipment to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.
  • Communicate and coordinate with project team members to resolve conflicts and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Identify and communicate areas of work that are outside of subcontracted scope.
  • Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner.
  • Perform job progress and completion punch list walks with the client to identify and complete incomplete items.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in multi-family construction and affordable housing.
  • High School diploma or equivalent, college preferred.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Detail-oriented, strong written and verbal communication skills.
