Serves as an entry-level Estimator, developing repair or reconditioning estimations, including parts and labor. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops accurate and detailed repair or reconditioning estimations, including parts and labor.
  • Monitors work progress to ensure accuracy and completeness of work.
  • Documents and updates records to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assists with special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of collision and/or mechanical estimating experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds (e.g. tools, equipment).

Constant exposure to outdoor weather conditions. Hourly base pay rate is $17. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year.

Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
