The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience in home care and primarily scheduling and or supervision of schedulers. The role requires strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate, supervise, lead and direct office and caregiver staff in compliance with company and contract guidelines. Key responsibilities include overseeing Home Care Managers responsible for scheduling, account management, oversight of payroll, Workers Comp and Reporting, ensuring the delivery of quality services and care, managing the intake of new home care cases and contracts to promote growth at the location, and performing home visits. The right candidate will have excellent decision making, negotiation, time management skills, and written and verbal communication skills, as well as a working knowledge of government contract management. The salary is commensurate with experience and industry standards.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of home care schedule operations
  • Motivate, supervise, lead and direct office and caregiver staff in compliance with company and contract guidelines
  • Oversee Home Care Managers responsible for scheduling, account management, oversight of payroll, Workers Comp and Reporting
  • Ensure the delivery of quality services and care
  • Manage the intake of new home care cases and contracts to promote growth at the location
  • Perform home visits


Requirements
  • A minimum of two years experience in home care and primarily scheduling and or supervision of schedulers
  • A minimum of two years management experience, preferably of paraprofessionals, with proven ability to build and lead teams
  • ASAP experience a plus
  • The ability to interface effectively and professionally with clients and families
  • A working knowledge of government contract management; knowledge of ASAPS preferred
  • The ability to handle stressful situations with compassion, understanding and patience
  • Excellent decision making, negotiation, time management skills, and written and verbal communication skills
  • Account Management skills
  • Willing to travel between offices
