We are seeking an energetic Occupational Therapist to join our team of clinicians serving the Carver residential area of Massachusetts. This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary of $95,000-$120,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

* Developing and implementing treatment plans that cater to the physical, cognitive, and emotional needs of patients
* Assessing home environments to ensure safety and providing recommendations for necessary modifications or equipment
* Providing patient and caregiver education
* Accurate and timely documentation

Requirements:

* MA Occupational Therapist (OTR) license
* Minimum of 1-year experience as an Occupational Therapist (OTR)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, use a computer, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems
