We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Health Associate to join our team at Haverhill Pavilion. As a key member of our treatment team, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and therapeutic environment for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular safety checks and ensure supervision is conducted at 15-minute intervals to ensure patient safety.
- Engage patients in interactions, group therapy, and activities designed to encourage achievement of treatment goals and increase therapeutic coping skills.
- Complete and maintain required documentation, including paperwork on incidents and events that may occur on the unit.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in human services, social work, behavioral health, or a hospital setting is preferred but not necessary.
