- Set up and maintain test stations and equipment to ensure accurate and efficient testing.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and maintain inspection reports to track production failures and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct thorough inspections across all stages of production to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain test data for review and analysis.
- Analyze non-conformance products to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Investigate and analyze RMA product failures to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities.
- Communicate quality or compliance concerns to management in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong understanding of test equipment and procedures.
- 2-5 years of experience in quality control inspection and/or production.
- Excellent problem-solving and detail-oriented skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Self-motivated and organized with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform quality control decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- Electrical engineering background or experience.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
- IPC-A-610/ IPC-J-STD-001 certification.
- Understanding of ISO 9001/ ISO 13485 requirements.
- Familiarity with the Medical Device industry.
