Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Executive Commercial Leader to provide leadership for commercial activity related to the Aftermarket Locomotive/Car Sales globally. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing commercial sales strategies for Wabtec's customers, including all types of service products and advance technology partnership programs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute commercial sales strategies for Wabtec's customers
- Lead the development of the parts strategy for our Aftermarket Railcar Parts suite of products
- Define the strategy and scope for the next generation of services agreements
- Build influential relationships with assigned customers at all levels
- Develop customer strategies and leadership in their execution
- Work across the organization to lead a cross-functional / matrixed team to scope, negotiate, sign, and deliver outcomes to the customers
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Transportation / Logistics, Engineering, or Computer Science from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 10 years in Rail industry Sales, and/or Sales leadership
- Must be willing and available to travel 30%+ of the time
- Proficient in English
